An Asda employee has revealed some of the strange things she's encountered since working at the supermarket.
From patronising customers to grim discoveries on the store floor, Lauren, who is from the UK, has taken to TikTok to reveal what her day-to-day job working at the supermarket really entails.

In one clip, which has been watched over 130,000 times, Lauren, who can be seen wearing the green Asda uniform, jokes: “You cannot write my days.”
She's then seen filming the floor of the Asda store where she works and claims: “A customer has taken a dump on the floor and trailed it around the store.”
And many were left horrified by the revelation, with one writing: “Would cry in the toilet for the rest of my shift."
A second commented: “I feel for the staff who have to clean it up.”

In a second video, which has received over 1.3 million views, Lauren addresses assumptions some members of the public often make about her due to her job role, primarily that “retail workers are uneducated.”
Proving the assumptions wrong, she says: "I spent 17 years in education, got a honours degree in criminology."

“Hang on a sec, let me just magic staff out of thin air,” she quips.
Elsewhere, other pet peeves include “patronising” customers who try to get her attention by waving her down and shoppers who shout at her when there's no toilet roll or hand sanitiser left.
