The reality cooking competition Next Level Chef features 18 contestants split into three groups — with each group led by one of the following mentors: Gordon Ramsay, Nyesha Arrington, or Richard Blais. Competitors are then assigned to one of three kitchens — the top kitchen has the best equipment and ingredients, the middle kitchen less so, and the lower kitchen has the worst of bot— and participate in a series of challenges with eliminations each episode.
When it's all said and done, the winner will receive $250,000 and a one-year mentorship under all three mentors.
